This week's practice! It's still VERY important to sign in as we are preparing the area, paddles, etc that we are using. Cross training is available the hour before for those that like the extra workout. We will be paddling, as well as, rowing.
If you haven't signed up for the Rowathon, please do so quickly! This is going to be a fun event with snacks, water bottles, vitamin waters, and more prizes being added!
