Christmas Backpacks From Sullivan & Cancer Creates Warriors
Cancer Creates Warriors has teamed up with Christmas Backpacks From Sullivan to assemble 200 backpacks by December 10th, 2023! These backpacks will then be distributed to 200 young individuals residing in Marion and Lane Counties, Oregon.
These bags of hope and admiration will benefit children in the following categories:
- Those in foster care
- Those experiencing homelessness
- Low-income families
- Those with a parent or family member diagnosed with Cancer or a
Chronic Illness
This year, we are adding 50 more backpacks to our efforts, and we need YOUR support! Any donations made through our Facebook Page or Website will be directed to the Christmas Backpack Fund until November 30th, 2023!
A heartfelt thank you goes out to those who have already contributed! We are well on our way to demonstrating just how special these young individuals are!"
Row for King Xzaidyn
Show your support for our "King for the Day," Xzaidyn, and his family! This local 6 year old has inspired our hearts and minds! He is about to undergo a bone marrow transplant and will be hospitalized in Portland for four months and will then spend 100 days at the Ronald McDonald House in Portland.
The Men's University of Oregon Hockey team will be onsite to show their MAD row skills. They also have some very special surprises in store for our young King!
What you can do?
Sign up at our link, registration is $15 and row in person! A scheduled row time will be sent to you via email. All donations above $15 will also be donated back to the family!
Our sponsor, Elements Health Clubs is offering a new membership fundraiser for the month of August! Mention that you support Xzaidyn and you will receive access to all three of our clubs for a special Cancer Warrior price. Elements Health Clubs will then donate your first month's dues back to the family!!
Come join the fun and show your support. We want Xzaidyn to know that he has this huge community behind him as he takes on his next battle.
