By participating in the 50/50 Raffle ("Raffle"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The Raffle is open to individuals who are of legal age in their respective jurisdiction and who comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Board members, directors, and volunteers of the organization conducting the Raffle, are not eligible to participate.

2. Raffle Tickets: To enter the Raffle, participants must purchase one or more Raffle tickets at the specified price. Each ticket purchased will be assigned a unique number. The purchase of a ticket does not guarantee winning.

3. Prize Allocation: The Raffle prize will be awarded to one winner, determined by a random drawing. The prize amount will be equal to 50% of the total funds collected from ticket sales. The remaining 50% will be used for the charitable purpose specified by the organization conducting the Raffle.

4. Winner Selection: The winning ticket number will be selected through a random drawing conducted by a fair and unbiased method. The drawing will take place on the date and at the location specified by the organization conducting the Raffle. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing to claim the prize.

5. Notification and Claiming the Prize: The organization conducting the Raffle will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days or fails to meet the eligibility requirements or comply with these terms and conditions, a second drawing will take place.

6. Tax and Legal Responsibilities: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or legal obligations that may arise from winning the Raffle. The organization conducting the Raffle is not responsible for providing tax or legal advice in relation to the prize. It is recommended that the winner consult with their own advisors to understand and fulfill their obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Raffle, you agree that the organization conducting the Raffle, its affiliates, and their respective board members, directors, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting from your participation in the Raffle or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

8. Modification or Cancellation: The organization conducting the Raffle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. In such an event, participants will be refunded the purchase price of their tickets.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the organization conducting the Raffle is located.

By purchasing a Raffle ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from participating in the Raffle.
